After sales care

Hosting customers get ongoing free telephone and email help with hosting and email issues. If you purchase a website from us, we offer ongoing support for editing the website with our CMS, including telephone technical and assistance with any issues you may run across. In general, for website CMS customers, we will also update your website to the latest version of our CMS software if there are any security updates required.
